SP.OTB allows you to pull data from the singlepane on-the-books/reservation database.
SP.OTB has the following arguments, which can either be entered directly into the formulas surrounded by quotation marks, or entered by cell reference (A1).
Property Code - a unique singlepane property code, usually three letters. All property codes that are authorized under your account can be found in the "My Properties" excel tab that is automatically created in the workbook when you log-in to the add-in.
Daily Or Monthly - When pulling daily details, use "daily". When pulling monthly totals, use "monthly".
Stay Date - A date formatted either as a string in the "YYYY-MM-DD" format, or a regular excel serial date (M/D/YYYY). When pulling monthly data, use the FIRST day of the month.
Target Set - Refers to whether to pull the subject hotel's data or its competitive set. Use "subject" for subject hotel and "cs" for compset data.
Period Type - Use "ty" for current year data and "ly" for data from STLY (same-time-last-year). STLY data will offset both the stay date and as-of dates.
Metric - SP. OTB offers the following metrics:
occ
rn
adr
revenue
revpar
as_of_date (or asofdate)
Market Segment - The following market segments are available in the function:
Total
Group
Transient
As Of Date (optional) - A date formatted either as a string in the "YYYY-MM-DD" format, or a regular excel serial date (M/D/YYYY). Setting the optional AsOfDate will limit the data to reflect the closest as of date to the date provided, effectively setting the "max" as of date. If omitted, the function will return the most recent as of date available.
Note that depending on limitations on source data subscriptions, some metrics may not be available for certain time periods, aggregates or period types.
